SHIPPING POLICY
We will choose the most efficient shipping carrier for our customer's location.
This will 90% of the time result in UPS GROUND, as they are reliable, have tracking numbers per package, and still a relatively cheap option in this ever-growing American inflation.
Other carrier options could be FedEx, or the United States Postal Service (USPS).
When you order a shippable product from Triple C, you will receive an email giving the tracking number and status of your package. Once we ship the package, we are no longer responsible for the delivery, all responsibility goes to the shipping carrier.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Triple C will NOT accept returns unless the product applies to one or more of the following...

The product was damaged DURING the shipping process, AND the customer provided reasonable evidence to prove this.

The customer received an entirely different product from what they ordered, AND the customer provided reasonable evidence to prove this.

The customer received a product they did not order and provided reasonable evidence to prove this.
