Carlson Construction Co. was founded in the summer of 2025 when WereWolf, our first next-generation backyard rollercoaster, opened to the public. WereWolf pushed the limits of our team but succeeded in bringing long-lasting joy, fun, and thrill to a simple family home.
Ever since then, CCC has expanded the reach of crafting to a whole new level. The mission, to create a product that will stand the test of time, serving generations a well-lasting product. This product will not only get the job done but also seek to provide a visual spectacle.
Wood is the lifeblood of a tree, and we want to treat the tree with utmost respect by crafting it into the lifeblood of our products.
Our Story
Jake Carlson, founder and CEO, started construction on a huge product in the fall of 2023. This project was soon known through YouTube as WereWolf, a next-generation Wooden Backyard coaster. This rollercoaster pushed the barriers of what backyard rollercoasters could do, by implementing a vertical spike, an insane ejecting airtime Hill, and a stomach-dropping 55-degree first drop. This marked the way for the birth of Carlson Construction Co.
